The Holy Trinity fandom trend

Research note · 16 October 2026

In this fandom meme, people cast favorite fictional characters into roles labeled Mother, Daughter and Holy Spirit. Expanded layouts add Jesus, Judas, Lucifer, paired characters and a group called the Twelve Apostles. The role labels are playful interpretations that creators can change, rather than one official set of character assignments.

These are fandom adaptations of religious terms. They should not be treated as an explanation of Christian doctrine.

What the sources establish

Know Your Meme’s trend entry documents the format, and What’s Trending’s coverage describes the character casting practice. These sources do not establish search volume or how long the trend will last.
