Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, refund, credit, failed-payment, and dispute rules for Holy Trinity Maker.

Standby status
Holy Trinity Maker does not create real charges while Stripe is disabled or in test mode. Test transactions have no monetary value and are not refundable. This policy applies after the owner separately enables live billing.
Canceling a subscription
A Creator subscription renews automatically until canceled. When live billing is enabled, you can open Account → Billing to manage payment details or cancel renewal through Stripe's hosted portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it does not automatically refund that period. Deleting an account does not cancel an active subscription.
Credits
- Paid credits are granted only after the payment provider confirms payment.
- Subscription credits expire on the date shown in the credit ledger.
- One-time pack credits do not renew and expire 365 days after purchase.
- Credits are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or valid outside this Service.
- Credits reserved for an AI task are captured only after the output is stored successfully; failed or canceled tasks release the reservation.
- A confirmed refund or payment dispute can revoke the credits granted by that transaction. Ledger entries remain for audit purposes.
Refund requests
After live billing is enabled, request a review within 7 calendar days of the charge by emailing support@holytrinitymaker.com from the account email. Include the order number, charge date, and reason. Never send a full card number.
A duplicate charge, a confirmed billing error, or a paid feature that was materially unavailable can qualify for a full refund. Unused one-time credit packs may also qualify. Used credits or consumed provider work may reduce or prevent a discretionary refund, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Refund effects
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Stripe and the issuing bank control settlement time. Credits and subscription benefits associated with a fully refunded transaction may be revoked or ended. If usage exceeds the refundable balance, the request needs manual review.
Failed payments and disputes
A failed payment grants no new credits. A card dispute may temporarily restrict benefits linked to the disputed charge while it is reviewed. Opening a dispute does not by itself delete projects or account records. Eligible benefits are restored if the dispute is resolved in the customer's favor.
