Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern Holy Trinity Maker (the “Service”). The local collage editor and standard PNG/JPEG export are available without an account. Account, cloud storage, AI, subscription, and credit features are optional and may remain unavailable until their providers are configured and enabled.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and report unauthorized access. Do not sell or share accounts to evade limits. Email and Google sign-in appear only after the corresponding provider has been verified and released.

3. Your content

You keep the rights you hold in uploaded images, labels, prompts, saved projects, and exported collages. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process and store content for the feature you request. You are responsible for having permission to use the material you upload and for how you publish the result.

4. Local and cloud projects

Local drafts use browser storage and can be lost if that storage is cleared or evicted. Download an editable backup when a project matters. Cloud projects and private assets require an account and are available only when the storage capability is enabled.

5. Optional AI features

If enabled, background removal and decorative background generation send the selected image or prompt to the disclosed AI provider. AI results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to other work. Review the result before using it. The Service does not promise uniqueness or legal clearance.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, create illegal sexual content or sexual content involving minors, produce non-consensual intimate imagery, commit fraud, distribute malware, harass people, impersonate others deceptively, bypass security or billing controls, overload the Service, or use stolen payment methods.

7. Plans, credits, and renewal

Prices, taxes, billing interval, included credits, and benefits are shown before checkout. Holy Trinity Maker supports Stripe card checkout only when test or live payments are explicitly enabled. A Creator subscription renews automatically until canceled. One-time credit packs do not renew and their displayed credits expire 365 days after purchase. Subscription credits use the expiration shown in the account ledger. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

No real charge is authorized while the site remains in standby or Stripe test mode. Enabling real charges requires a separate owner decision.

8. AI credit accounting

An enabled AI action shows its server-confirmed credit quote before submission. Credits are reserved when a task starts, captured only after a result is stored successfully, and released when the task fails or is canceled. Duplicate requests do not create duplicate charges when the same request identifier is reused.

9. Cancellation, refunds, and disputes

You can manage an active subscription from Account → Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds, credit revocation, and disputes follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

10. Availability and changes

Providers, models, limits, and features can change or become unavailable. Capability switches may keep a feature in standby until configuration and verification are complete. We may suspend access to protect users, enforce these terms, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific AI result, search ranking, revenue, or suitability for a particular purpose. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
